Il Divo announces Christmas tour!
Il Divo just announced that they will be playing a series of intimate shows called “Celebrate Christmas with Il Divo.” The shows are scheduled to begin in London on Dec. 7. Other stops will include Toronto, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
“This is a first-ever for Il Divo who have performed Christmas songs in front of the Queen and past U.S. Presidents, but never before a concert audience. For the shows, Il Divo will perform songs in three languages — English, Spanish and Italian — from the group’s double-platinum album ‘The Christmas Collection’ and their recent album ‘The Promise,’” according to a press release from the band.
Special guests for the concerts will be Holly Cole, Camilla Kerslake, Kristin Chenoweth, and violinists Vanessa Mae and Anne Akiko Meyers.
